Charity in Action – Small Rural Church

Meet St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church in Post Falls, Idaho.

In recent years, the number of regular attendees at this rural Antiochian church has nearly doubled with many new “seekers” attending every Sunday. The church has had a long vision of building a new Temple (church building) on their lot and have been saving for quite some time. Seeking creative ways of raising funds, St John’s contacted Tiny Tim’s Candies—an active partner for every community—who provided them a unique Charity Code so anyone could contribute to their ambitious project.

Willing to help any organization, like this small church with their construction fund, Tiny Tim’s donated 10% of the proceeds from purchases with their Charity Code. They were able to share this code on their Facebook page, newsletters and bulletins for a simple way to fundraise.
