While any o’ Chocolate Chip recipe will do (just substitute the chocolate chips for Tiny Tim’s Almond Encrusted English Toffee), these are Tiny Tim’s favorite cookies, crafted specifically for using Toffee as the magic flavorful ingredient.
They are perfect for any occasion; Christmas platter, rainy day, or sharing a treat around the office, these cookies will not disappoint!
- 1 cup of butter or margarine
- ½ cup sugar
- 1½ cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 TBS milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3¼ cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1½ cups Tiny Tim’s Almond Encrusted English Toffee, chopped
- (You can add extra chocolate chips if you accidentally ate the toffee while reading the recipe.)
Set your oven to 375ºF.
Cream together butter, brown sugar, eggs milk and vanilla extract until fluffy.
In a separate bowl, sir together your flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the dry mixture to the creamed ingredients and blend well.
Stir in your chopped almond toffee/toffee bits and extra chocolate chips (optional). Drop from a teaspoon, 2 inches apart on an non-greased cookie sheet. Bake in oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Makes about 5 dozen cookies that everyone will enjoy!
